Kurtz Ersa North America, a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, announces that it has hired Luis Alberto Muñoz P.  As Ersa’s newest field service engineer, Muñoz will support the company’s rapidly growing business.

Muñoz will provide technical support for Ersa equipment, perform installations and provide on-site customer training. Chad Suckow, Ersa’s North American Service Manager commented, “Luis’ process engineering and multiple language skills will be a great addition to the Ersa NA service team. We are excited to have him on board to support our growing customer base.“

Muñoz  earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico De Ciudad Juárez with a focus on advanced manufacturing systems. Also, he earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez, specializing in process simulation and supply chain mangement. Muñoz is fluent in English and Spanish, and speaks basic German.
