Alpha’s extensive range of electronic assembly materials including ALPHA® OM-535 low temperature solder paste will be showcased at the event. ALPHA® OM-535 with ALPHA® SBX02 alloy provides excellent mechanical strength and drop shock resistance. The product also enables the elimination of an extra wave or selective wave soldering process when temperature sensitive through-hole components are used in an assembly.
